Mechanical oscillation screening instrument, also known as test screen or inspection analysis screen, is widely used in laboratories, quality inspection rooms and other inspection departments to determine the particle size distribution of particles, powders, and formulations, as well as the determination and analysis of product impurity content and liquid solid content. It adopts a high-quality new power generator to generate multiple high-frequency vibrations and efficiently screen and measure materials. At the same time, different working times can be achieved through electronic delay devices based on different materials, minimizing inspection errors, ensuring consistency of sample analysis data, and making accurate judgments on product quality.

Structural characteristics of mechanical oscillation screening instrument

The product has outstanding characteristics such as compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, and accurate precision. It adopts a new type of vibration mechanical power generator to generate multiple high-frequency vibrations, which can efficiently screen and determine materials. Therefore, it is also known as an inspection screen. The structure of the experimental sieve is mainly divided into two parts: the body and the sieve. The screening machine part is designed and produced by our factory, and the screening grid part is a standard screening tool produced by the national military enterprise AVIC Group. The screening grid standards used in this type of screening machine are divided into two categories: industrial grade screening tools that meet national standards, and high standard screening tools used by scientific research institutions and national testing institutions. Industrial grade screening equipment uses brass as the coarse mesh material for 100 mesh screens, mainly due to the good ductility of brass mesh. 304 stainless steel material is used for fine mesh screens with 100 mesh screens. The metal wire woven mesh test sieve grid is produced according to the national standard GB/T6003.1-1997. The basic size of its mesh is 2.36mm-0.038mm, which complies with the international standard ISO3310-1:1990 R20/3, R20, R40/3 series. The mesh material is brass, tin bronze, and stainless steel. 2.36um-100um adopts nickel plating processing, which not only improves the accuracy of the mesh, but also prevents deformation, is sturdy, wear-resistant, and durable.

1. The sieve (sieve grid) is easy to replace. This mechanical oscillation screening instrument uses layer by layer screening grids stacked on the screening machine tray, and uses circular handles, fixed handles, pressure heads, cover plates and other components to press the screening grids tightly. The screening grids are easy to replace, and the size of the material to be screened can be replaced by changing the screening equipment.

2. At the same time, different working times can be achieved through electronic delay devices based on different materials, minimizing inspection errors, ensuring consistency of sample analysis data, and making accurate judgments on product quality.

3. We use the vertical vibration motor produced by our factory's motor department as the excitation source, which has a long service life and reliable quality.

4. The body of the mechanical oscillation screening instrument can be designed as a 304 stainless steel body or a plain steel body (polished, sprayed, and coated with anti rust paint) according to user requirements.

5. The sieve frame (sieve tool) is designed with national standard 304 stainless steel and complies with national standards. Screening tools are divided into various types based on the material of the screening surface, such as metal wire woven mesh, metal perforated plate, and electro forming. The screening equipment is produced according to the national standard GB/T6003.1-1997. Compliant with international standard ISO3310-1:1990. The basic mesh size of the perforated plate test sieve is 32mm-1mm; The basic mesh size of the woven mesh test sieve is 2.36mm-0.015mm; The basic mesh size of the electro forming test sieve is 0.50mm-0.005mm. The sieve frame, sieve cover, and sieve bottom are made of high-quality stainless steel refined.

Instructions for using the mechanical oscillation screening instrument:

1、 Determine the standard screening tool to be selected based on the inspected material and corresponding standards.

2、 Stack the standard screening tools on the tray seat in order of pore size from large to small and from bottom to top, and position the standard screening tools with grooves or positioning screws.

3、 Place the inspected material into the top standard sieve (or cover the top of the standard sieve), and then press the standard sieve with the sieve head fitted on the screw column. Tighten the nut on the screw column to tighten the standard sieve. (Note: Apply consistent force on both sides and lock them with locking screws.)

4、 Place the timer switch in the appropriate position (note to read the timer instructions, different settings set different times), then turn on the power switch, and the test screen will start working.

5、 After the mechanical oscillation screening instrument stops working, unscrew the nut on the screw column, move the screening head away, and carefully remove the standard screening tool.
